Analytics Senior Consultant

As a senior consultant in our Analytics and Insights practice, you will partner with our largest clients to define and enable insights-led transformation. You will help shape, sell, and activate industry-specific programs, including defining the analytics vision & strategies, redefining the operating model & talent strategy, and managing the change journey to deliver sustainable business value. In essence, you will act as the architect for enabling our clients' end-to-end analytics journey by leveraging your technical skills, service-mindedness, and business-building ability.

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Analyze and synthesize quant & qual to draw accurate, logical, and actionable conclusions
    • Build and explain trended performance analysis within a subscription/membership business framework
    • Partner with clients, including senior management, to understand business challenges and translate these to functional and technical requirements -- with limited supervision
    • Partner across functional business areas effectively
    • Lead small to medium teams by example to achieve project goals and complete major deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • Data visualization design and development across tools like Tableau, Power BI, SAS Visualizer, etc.
    • Statistical software, including query construction in tools like SAS/STAT, SPSS, R, Statistica, etc
    • Relational database construction & management, including SQL development
    • Spreadsheets, including scripting, controls, pivot tables, and advanced charting as well as financial modeling
  • Expertise in composing and effectively telling the story emerging from an analysis via polished, professional verbal and visual presentations
  • Active listening skills, service-mindedness, and strong personal leadership that inspire the rest of the team, foster productive teamwork, and help develop team members throughout the course of an engagement
  • An impactful team player, who’s hard working, self-motivated, and comfortable with a healthy dose of ambiguity, complexity, and client travel as high as 50%
