Brand Director (Contract)

Working with the Brand team at our Fortune 50 client, responsible for the development and execution of Marketing Communications across segments. This role requires a thought leader with proven track experience at building brands across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has depth of experience at large organizations developing and presenting ideas to senior leadership, aligning multiple internal stakeholders and managing various agency relationships. In addition to thought leadership, the candidate needs to have a creative eye along with deep executional experience, detail orientation and able to maintain progress on several disparate work-streams.

  • Location: Philadelphia
  • Start date: mid-March
  • Onsite time with client: 5 days / 40 hours per week
  • Duration: 3 months

Key competences and skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing communications, building brands and agency management.
  • A self-starting, confident, creative professional with the ability to influence and build credibility upward, downward and laterally in cross-functional environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce effective deliverables that meet or exceed goals within tight deadlines.
  • Strong ability to organize, manage details and deliver using resources with the right competences during all phases of project work.
  • Polished verbal communication skills and excellent writing, editing and presentation development skills, especially for creative briefs.
  • Able to easily adapt to change.
