CRM Data Manager (Contract)

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of CRM data management, campaign measurement, analysis, and performance. This includes developing and executing CRM strategies and communications for campaigns across the membership lifecycle and owning the creation of KPI reports about the activity and effectiveness of all CRM efforts.

Strong focus is on understanding performance of different marketing tactics to determine areas of improvement for increasing member engagement and retention and aligning CRM strategy with overall marketing strategy. This role will partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop customer-driven communication strategies.

Our client is an independent, non-profit organization that conducts research and development relating to the generation, delivery and use of electricity for the benefit of the public. Serving the energy industry, our client brings together scientists and engineers as well as experts from academia and industry to help address challenges in electricity, including reliability, efficiency, health, safety, and the environment.

  • Location: Charlotte
  • Start date: May 2018
  • Onsite time with client: 5 days / 40 hours per week
  • Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension

Key competences and skills:

Required

  • 5+ years of experience working with data management platforms performing data analysis and customer segmentation.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CRM perferred
  • Knowledge of digital campaign setup, optimization and reporting.
  • Experience mining large volume of customer data.
  • Rigorous attention to detail and ability to derive customer insights that inform strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and quantitative/analytical skills required.
  • Customer-centric, results-oriented team player.

Preferred

  • Direct to consumer marketing experience preferred.
  • Ability to deliver new and innovative member interactions.
  • Passion and experience creating customer journeys and utilizing data to increase customer satisfaction and utilization.
  • Experience working in or advanced knowledge of the energy industry.
