Responsible for overseeing all aspects of CRM data management, campaign measurement, analysis, and performance. This includes developing and executing CRM strategies and communications for campaigns across the membership lifecycle and owning the creation of KPI reports about the activity and effectiveness of all CRM efforts.
Strong focus is on understanding performance of different marketing tactics to determine areas of improvement for increasing member engagement and retention and aligning CRM strategy with overall marketing strategy. This role will partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop customer-driven communication strategies.
