Manager of Change Management - Omni Channel (Contract)

This role will be responsible for creating change management plans specific to Omni Channel using the PROSCI ADKAR model for our Fortune 100 client and integrating the ADKAR model into the implementation planning, specific to each workgroup and sales channel.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure Change Management expertise by completing all necessary PROSCI training
  • Work closely with Implementation Manager to develop and incorporate change management plans into all implementation planning.
  • Plan and identify all necessary constituents required to be part of the change management process for each work group in each channel.
  • Assist implementation manager with communication and trainings required to launch Omni Channel systems and tools.

  • Start date: immediate
  • Onsite time with client: 5 days / 40 hours per week
  • Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension
