Sales Channel Manager (Inbound Sales) - Omni Channel

The Sales Channel Manager (Inbound Sales) (SCMIS) will be the SPOC for all Inbound Sales leadership and frontline feedback for our Fortune 100 client.  With dozens of Internal and Vendor Partner Call Centers with thousands of front line agents using the tool sets every day, this will be critical role to advocate for particular needs of the channel.  The SCMIS will develop planning specific to their area working closely with key peers – the Senior Manager - Development, the Senior Manager – Implementation and the Senior Manager – Analytics for Omni Channel.  

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary liaison between field/operational Sales Channel and Buy-Flow Development Team
  • Ensure alignment of tool to sales processes, both current and future state
  • Collect and aggregate feedback across all Inbound Sales Teams (Regions, Divisions) and, with development Team, prioritize with effort/reward analysis
  • Solicit feedback from Inbound Sales Leadership and frontline sales agents to develop the Omni Channel system needs to the channel
  • Develop implementation plan with Senior Manager – Implementation
  • Develop system development needs with Senior Manager – Development
  • Develop key metrics and KPIs to be tracked and measured with Senior Manager – Analytics

  • Onsite time with client: 5 days / 40 hours per week
