Analyst - Omni Channel (Contract)

The Analyst on the Omni Channel team will be the SPOC and SME and for all metrics associated with Omni Channel rollout for our Fortune 100 client.

Omni Channel roll out will facilitate savings in Inbound Sales by simplifying the sales process and making order entry more streamlined.  The first wave of work will be Inbound Sales.  Retention/Loyalty, Retail, .com, DSR, eTail and Care (repair and billing) will have later implementations of Omni Channel.

The analyst will be a critical role to track all Omni Channel implementations against the expected business plan and its associated savings.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist building business case with Finance
  • Determine how we will measure assumptions within the business case
  • Determine list of KPIs
  • Identify data sources for KPIs
  • Work with EBI data owners to source data feeds
  • Create reporting dashboards for executive leadership and the DCOE team, using web based reporting tools like Tableau

  • Onsite time with client: 5 days / 40 hours per week
