Our internship program is built with the goal of converting our summer associates into full-time associates upon graduation. Every year since the start of our internship program, we have given full time return offers to 50-100% of our intern classes!

Our 10-Week Summer Program is a paid internship ~40 hours per week. Interns are based in either our Durham, NC, or Washington, DC, office with travel opportunities for both client and firm activities.
